Terms and Conditions – Campbell Cashflow

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by Campbell Cashflow (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“the client”, “you”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

  • Campbell Cashflow provides cashflow coaching and financial education services.

  • We do not provide financial advice as defined under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

  • Our services do not involve the recommendation, dealing, or promotion of any financial product.

  • All discussions are for educational and informational purposes only and relate solely to personal cashflow, budgeting, and financial habits.

2. Bookings and Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • We accept payment via Stripe.

  • Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full.
     

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you cancel a booking within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a 50% late cancellation fee will apply.

  • If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, no cancellation fee will apply.

  • To cancel your service entirely, you must provide 30 days’ notice. Your ongoing subscription or service fee will be turned off at the end of this notice period.
     

4. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

  • Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information relevant to your cashflow and financial situation.

  • You are responsible for the decisions you make based on our discussions and reports.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • While we take reasonable care in providing our services, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or expense that you may incur from relying on the information provided.

  • Our services are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the services or refunding the fees paid for the services in question.

7. Privacy

  • We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

8. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on our website.

  • Continued use of our services after changes are published will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
