Refund Policy – Campbell Cashflow

Campbell Cashflow is committed to providing high-quality cashflow coaching and education services. This Refund Policy outlines when you may be entitled to a refund and how refund requests are handled.

1. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or resupply of services if there is a major failure in the service provided, or compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Change of Mind
We do not commonly offer refunds for change of mind once payment has been made and your booking confirmed.

3. Cancellations

More than 24 hours before appointment: You may cancel your booking and request a full refund, or apply the payment to a rescheduled session.

Within 24 hours of appointment: A 50% late cancellation fee applies. The balance of your payment will be refunded.

4. Service Cancellations (Ongoing Services)
If you wish to cancel your ongoing service:

You must provide 30 days’ written notice.

Your subscription or ongoing payment will be stopped at the end of the 30-day notice period.

No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining portion of any month already paid.

5. Rescheduled Sessions
If you reschedule your booking with at least 24 hours’ notice, your payment will be applied to the new appointment date and no additional fees will apply.
